24 Walking Lunges w/ plate held on chest (45/25lbs)
24 Box Jumps (24/20”)

400m Run
16 Walking Lunges w/ plate held on chest (45/25lbs)
16 Box Jumps (24/20”)

400m Run
8 Walking Lunges w/ plate held on chest (45/25lbs)
8 Box Jumps (24/20”)

Notes: For the lunges, perform them with a bumper plate held on your chest.  Men 45, women 25.  If you have a history of knee pain, or poor glute activation perform reverse lunges and make sure your knee stays on top or behind your shoelaces.

Watch out for that first box jump, may seem a little higher than you expected.
