Workload:

15 minute AMRAP:

Ascending Ladder:
10 Doubles
1 Rope Climb

20 Doubles
1 Rope Climb

30 Doubles
1 Rope Climb

40 Doubles
1 Rope Climb

50 Doubles
1 Rope Climb

*Once 50 doubles hit, descend back the ladder and stop once 10 & 1 is complete or when clock stops at 15 minutes.

**All double unders or single jumps to be performed unbroken. If set is unbroken it does not count and you must begin set again.

***Subs for Rx’d doubles, in order of most difficult to least, are: 50% doubles on all sets, 20% doubles on all sets, or 2x doubles for singles.

Notes: Make sure you notice the 2 rules for the workout. All jump rope sets must be UNBROKEN. If you fail to do the set unbroken you do not progress to the next set.

Also, your workout is finished once you complete the ascending and descending ladder, or when the clock hits 15 minutes (whichever one comes first dictates how it goes for you).

And, if you didn’t notice the photo of the day, please do.  You get jacked and get a luxurious set of hair when you jump rope, just ask Mr. Kramli.

    All sets completed on first attempt both up and down the ladder

    Rope climbs with feet. Cowbell hit on every climb.

    Singles. Up and back down to the 60 and time ran out. The 100 took two tries.

  7. a successful rope climb means you ring the cow bell at the top of the rope…I lowered it after today’s wod.

    10, 20, 30, 40, 50 all unbroken ( PR on the 50 )
    40 on the way back down kicked my butt. Might have finished on time otherwise.
    got through 30 and the climb then timed out.

    Up and down the ladder complete all unbroken
    (didn’t use the timer but according to the clock it was under 15 mins)
    rope climbs check…darn cown bell. 5 direct hits the other five a hair too short.

    My dus are under development and improving from non-existent. I did 10 dus, 20 uglies, 30 uglies,40 uglies, bunch of uncounted uglies and then stopped at 20 minutes. Rope climb was a mix of no legs and legs. I swear someone was in a back room laughing and pulling on a string each time I reached for the bell.
