Work on a Handstand Push-up, facing the WALL!
Notes: Check out the Gymnastic WOD site, as they just posted a good 2 part progression for the handstand.
Learn how to place the head on the ground and then to tuck the chin and roll out safely. This is much safer then falling out of the hold.
