60 x Walking Lunges
50 x Push-ups
40 x Box Jumps (24/20)
30 x Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
20 x Burpees
10 x Pull-ups

Notes: Have fun with this one, pick a good pace and try to keep it steady during the duration of the workout. Remember to relax the breathing and to be in control of all your movements.

    28 squats…. then had to call it quits. Spent my whole back on yesterday’s kettlebells…
