WHITEBOARD – 24 March 2011

Workload:

2 mile sandbag carry – 25% bodyweight.

*You can only move with the bag loaded on your body,and 2 miles is stop sign to stop twice out back. 

Notes: This is to be performed outside.  If weather does not allow or it is nighttime please perform a 2k Row at no more then a 22 strokes per minute (MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THIS GUIDELINE).
