Workload:
10 Rounds of:
- Barbell Back Squat (Body Weight or 60% Max) – 3
- Broad Jumps – 3
- Rest 60s
Once completed do the following:
500m Row for time
Notes: Perform the Back Squat with good speed on the bar. If you can not do the 3 reps in under 8 seconds lower the weight. Think control on the decent of the rep and explosion on the way up.
Immediately follow the racking of the bar with 3 solid broad jumps. They should be for max distance & all 3 should be performed in under 5-6 seconds.
Big ups to LT for hitting a Snatch PR (200lbs) and it is only going to go up from there.
Will have videos up of Kevin’s 500lb Deadlift and LT’s 200lb Snatch up shortly.

Huge numbers guys. Congrats on both prs. I saw the 500# deadlift and same thing…it’s only going up from here.
