Notes: Use the planked rope climb sub if you do not have a deadhang rope climb or a proficient leg wrap. If you cannot do 5 handstand push-ups then please sub the handstands for strict presses, box handstand presses, or elevated push-ups.
For the bear walk, try to keep the hip high and the shoulders in a nice postion. You shouldn’t feel stress on your elbows in the bear crawl.
