WHITEBOARD – 10 March 2011

Workload:

On the minute for 10 minutes perform 1 Clean (90% 1 rep max)

*A failed rep is one that is caught incorrectly (low on the shoulders is not a good rep!)

**For every failed rep do 10 burpees once completed.

Rest 5 minutes then perform:

1 minute of max burpees

Notes: Be honest about the clean reps, if you know you did a sloppy rep it doesn’t count. If you have more then 40 burpees for penalty you can omit the second part of the workout.

  • John Donne – Meditation 17

No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
