1 Rope Climb
50 Meter Farmers Walk (100/65lb dumbbells)
15 Push-ups

Notes: Set up the dumbbells outside if the weather permits. Pace out around 30 strides for 25 meters. Just run in and out for the farmer’s walks.

    OMG…major battle wounds. Michael you inspired me. Did all rope climbs with legs. 3 rds with 55# and 2 rds at 30# (I could barely hold the DB’s)

    I put on a dorky rubber wet suit like material calf guard on my right leg when I climb the rope. They are made by McDavid and and are also useful for any barbell pulling from the ground to protect your shins and keep the bar path coming directly up your leg and not away from your leg.
