For fun and because I have gotten the question “What exactly do YOU eat?” on multiple occasions, I started a picture diary of my meals. It is on the main page on the left side – It will show my last three meals… Things may not always be pretty, gourmet, and definitely not your mom’s cooking but it is what fuels me.

Great, sit check as I’m about to spend two days at a conference.
My meals look very similar to Dana’s, on a smaller scale (5 eggs!!!???). However, I need to settle a debate. Are string beans a legume for the purposes of following a Paleo diet?
String beans are legumes but they don’t seem to have the same issues as dried legumes and peanuts.
They do still have some irritating lectins so for people with signs of gut permeability or if they have any auto-immune issues they should stay away.
For otherwise healthy individuals you should be fine.
