WHITEBOARD – 24 February 2011
Workload:
Active Rest:
1 or 2 Mobility WOD
and/or
1 Gymnastic WOD or Skill
and/or
Skill work of your choice
*(Stay away from a heavy workload of upper body press & lower press).
Notes: Take it easy on volume today. Pay attention to the tight/tender bits of the body and work them out. Remember we have a great resource available to us in Dr. Mathieu Lentine. He is available to meet at the gym at certain times or at his office. I want everyone to think about taking advantage of this as a good practitioner can be a life saver. If you haven’t had anyone work on your naughty (I mean tight/damaged/dysfunctional…) bits then you are missing out. His hands will work wonders (That is what Kramli tells me).

Dana, how did you photoshop Kramli stretching like that
When will Dr. Matt be back in the gym? He said Tuesdays and Fridays, so will he be there tomorrow? if so, what time?
Hey Kevin,
Mat will be coming when he has appointments to see people. You can contact him at his email matlentine@msn.com.

Gymnastic WOD: broad jumps, handstand holds. Finished with a 10 minute squat test. Made it through with minimal discomfort on the shins. no pain in the hips or back, which is a good sign.
Mobility WOD: pigeon on a box,
Distracted shoulder capsule shovey things.
Gymnatic WOD: 100 hollow rocks, 100 supermans
Do inverted hangs count as a skill?
