Felt great, long and smooth the entire time.
First set of burpees, :24. Then I died. Completed 4 sets, missed 1, did another 1 or 2 sets and quit. Row killed my legs, but didn’t realize until the 2nd set of burpees.

I was fine for the first 5 rounds and then my quads started locking. After that I, I took 1 minute of rest from the time of the last burpee.
Times were between :24 – :33

finished the burpees. Took me twice as long but finished.

Worst set of burpees was :32, but I took an extra minute rest between sets 6 and 7….that was tough.
