3 Rounds of:
2-3-5:
135/95lb Thrusters
Dead-hang Pull-up

NOTES: The structure of the workout is a little different.  1 Round is performed as 2 Thrusters, 2 Pull-ups, 3 Thrusters, 3 Pull-ups, 5 Thrusters, and 5 Pull-ups.  Once you complete this cycle you start all over again and do it for a total of 5 rounds.

Barbell must be cleaned from the floor as well.

It looks like the seminar series will be:

1. Diet & Sleep

2. Mobility & Movement Correction

3. Olympic Pulls

    *Had to use slight kipping in my pullups as my shoulder is still weakish.
