NOTES: The structure of the workout is a little different. 1 Round is performed as 2 Thrusters, 2 Pull-ups, 3 Thrusters, 3 Pull-ups, 5 Thrusters, and 5 Pull-ups. Once you complete this cycle you start all over again and do it for a total of 5 rounds.
Barbell must be cleaned from the floor as well.
It looks like the seminar series will be:

3. Olympic Pulls

I may have added an extra round…not sure…I had five round stuck in my mind. Or the 95# thrusters kicked my butt

*Had to use slight kipping in my pullups as my shoulder is still weakish.
All thrusters were done unbroken. Had to make up for the fact that I was kipping.
