Notes: Pretty simple one folks. If you have a few doubles but not enough to try the WOD as Rx’d you can drop the numbers to a manageable amount (20,15,10 – 30,20,10). If you are badass then try it with unbroken sets.


I think i found the culprit that is wrecking my neck: Oly Lifting.
From the cleans yesterday, my right side is tight from my neck down to my mid back. Mobilitywod is a life saver tho.

I’m doing the WOD LT style. It’s a pipe dream to think of 30 double unders unbroken, but maybe two sets of 15.
WOD= Check * Completed in the candlelight of NHF. That’s what I get for procrastinating.
At home…
Did ladder burpees, increasing by 2 each minute. Got to 9th minute, 14th burpee of 18.
Then 50 air squats
