10 Strict Push-ups
10 V-Ups
10 Cook SquatRest 5 Minutes then pick the Mobility WOD of your choice!
Notes: We are staying with the therapeutic theme for this week. Don’t time the workout and perform each rep with great form. For the cook squats, try to push the hip down and keep the chest tall. If you can’t keep a nice tall chest & a good back angle at the bottom don’t lower fully.
Also, drive the knees out and make sure the knees stay on top of the laces of your shoes.

The killer was the v-ups.
Also I would like to put in for the “The Biggest Gainer” award. I was 201 prior to the holiday… I am now hovering between 209-210. Thank you holiday cookies!!

Just a note of advice. Don’t try to demonstrate cook squats while wearing tight-ish jeans. Ruined a perfectly good pair today showing Larry how to do them in our kitchen!
Dara I am def up for that challange… I actually am in need of change for sure… I dyed my hair last night to brown… I am freaking out alot about it… But change is good right?.. Dara email me the details I want in 🙂
