Workload:

Floor Press  – 3 sets of Max Reps (120s rest in-between & 50% bench max)

Rest 5 Minutes then perform:

12 Minute AMRAP:

1 Legless Rope Climb

2 Handstand Push-ups

4 Each Leg – Goblet Pistol Squats (Pistol w/ kettlebell held on chest)

 

Notes: Floor Press is a bench press but performed with the back on the floor.  See video below on how not to press:

    Clock restarted, so I’m not sure how long I did it for. Somewhere between 12 and 14 minutes.

    WOD:

    5 rounds +1 RC (All rope climbs with no feet, so that is a whiteboard goal crossed out. Also, controlled the descent so no more ankle injuries…)
