Workload:
Pick a Mobility WOD of your choosing. My choice for today? Episode 100 with a little bit of soft tissue work before.
Then:
Pick a Gymnastic WOD of your choosing. Beginner? Start with standard planks (google search) and then work up to hollow rocks & handstand holds and kick-ups. Also, forward rolls are a great intro level skill.
Then:
Pick an additional Mobility WOD and call it a day.
Notes: Why the light workload? Well, we hit 3 days straight pretty hard and we need the body to recover. Remember the benefits of training come from the body’s recovery from the training. If we don’t give the body time to heal, then all the time we spend in the gym isn’t benefiting anyone.

Hey Dana, I usually hit the gym around 7:15 am, any chance of posting the workouts the night before?

Yup, 6:30. Will try to limp along beside you if I can keep up.
I am eager to TRY the LJ20, however I am more into having a PIH (partner in hurt) lol… We can see what we can get done tonight for sure…

28:41, but WAY more modified than Gina due to IR. She kicked butt.
I did an extended stretching session and followed it up with 40 minutes on the treadmill.
