Yum…meat
Had a great weekend relaxing and spending time with the family. Finished off the weekend with a dinner consisting of burgers (beef), bacon, guacamole, and green beans. You can’t be American and not love that dinner… I don’t normally eat THAT much fat within one dinner but occasionally doesn’t hurt you and it sure is delicious. Tracked a couple days of my eating just to see where my macronutrients would fall and it looks like I do a 10-30-60 split with carbs-protien-fat. Looks like that is where I perform best because I have only been seeing gains lately. So much for the Zone for me…
Going to start drafting up 1 post a week that deals with Social Psychology and training. Psychology was my major in college and I still have interest in the field (especially Social Psychology).
On that note, I highly recommend Influence: Science and Practice to anybody- think Malcolm Gladwell (Blink, Tipping Point, Outliers, etc.) but with a marketing/business angle.
