WHITEBOARD – 09 January 2014

Workload:

Bench Press: 5 sets of 6.
*Load is straight across: equals heavy set of 8 on

Then:

10 Minute AMRAP:
20 Push-ups
10 Pistols (Alternating)
25 Double-Unders

Notes: If the sets get too heavy, deload down after the second set.  For the second part, if you are not proficient in Double-Unders either pick a total number per round you can hit 8/10 times in 1 set or sub out 100m Row.

    looks like this thought wasn’t finished?

    also can you explain the Double-unders note better ? 8/10 times? not really clear what you mean here.

    • Sorry the link didn’t post. I believe 19dec2013 was the bench day.

      I meant if you can’t hit 25 double unders without failing 80% of the time pick a number you can. If you don’t have double unders do singles.

  5. Power Clean + Power Jerk: Worked up to 265.
    Bench Press: 225×5, 235×5, 245×5, 255×4(f), 195×5
    WOD: 6 Rounds + 19 Pushups
