3 Muscle Snatches (70% max 3 rep)
*The remainder of the minute perform full extension KB Swings (55/35lbs)
**Continue this cycle until you hit 100 KB Swings
Notes: Have fun and be hyper aware on your form with the muscle snatches and full extension KB swings. If you get soft in your hip and just push it forward you can crunch your back. This will not go over very well with 100 swings and approximately 18+ Muscle Snatches.
