Power Clean + Hang Power Clean: Work up to a max set. Hit 8 sets at 85% or above. This would include all sets working up to and after max.
Conditioning:
50 Deadhang Pull-ups
*Every time you stop perform 10 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)
Then:
25 Burpees to finish
Notes: Have fun. If you don’t have deadhangs band. You should be able to get 10 Pull-ups on your first set WITHOUT going to failure.
