Double Unders: 10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80
Rope Climb
Notes: After every completed set of jump ropes perform a rope climb. There are 9 rope climbs. Alternate between legless and wrapped. This will provide a good strength stimulus and technique with the wrap. For the double unders only do the amount written if you can string 50+ together.

Did a modified version of several workouts today.
500m row, 1:59
held a 1:56 pace until I blew up at 1:30. but I can feel the improvement in the pulling
then 5-10-15-20-25-20-15-10-5 double unders (cause I needed to work that skill)
in between sets did 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 push ups and wide grip pull ups, green band
