10 Rounds of:
100m Shuttle Run (50 out, 50 in)
10 Kettlebell Swings (100/70lbs)
*Rest 45-60s and repeat

Then:

70s In a Hollow Rock

Notes: Bench for Boobs is coming up. Get the forms in! Post questions in regards to the workout. Also, if you haven’t done a max set of pull-ups yet do so. If you can not get more then 8 deadhangs use a band that will allow 10-20 pull-ups.

    WOD with hotel gym mod. 10 running intervals with some dumbell work thrown in between each run.
    Still looking for some great bench press pics to use in the Bench for Boobs promotional material. I know you guys aren’t shy – I’ve seen most of you without your shirts on when you workout.
