Notes: Everyone have a good weekend? With all the pressing that we are doing be very aware of any shoulder pain. A common problem is chronic tightness in your pecs. Take a lacrosse ball and mash the minor and make sure your internal rotation of the shoulder is appropriate for dips and snatches.
