Did the Kramli class version
I’m backing Dana’s sentiment of it wasn’t pleasant…made even moreso by the fact that I missed the part about resting 3 minutes in between cycles…so i only rested 30 seconds in between rounds and felt bad that i did even that.
Almost puked on the last rep of the last row. Back also cramped so bad that i had to take the last 15 seconds of every set to rest. I had a count but im not going to lay it all out.
Subbed pendlay rows for inverted rows.
Done. It was not overly pleasant.
