WHITEBOARD – 12 June 2012
Workload:
Trap Bar Deadlift
*Work up to heavy single, then perform 5 sets of 1 at 80%.Then:
6 Rounds of:
25 Double-Unders
1 Legless Rope Climb
5 Evil Wheels
Notes: It is confirmed, running is evil. Pulled the hamstring doing the sprints this weekend. Sometimes it is easier to give advice than to take it…
Have fun.

How much weight is on that bar? 615#?
looks more like around 645#
How much weight does the trap bar support?
Since you are the only one that would have an issue with this I am guessing 5 thin 45s a side. You can either go lighter and hit sets of 3 or just do traditional.

Always felt bad for Franco. He was the size of a small mountain, but he never get the full recognition he deserved because he lived in Arnold’s shadow…literally.
