Warm-up: Try Ido Portal’s Squat Routine for a great primer for squatting, or toss it in your daily routine to get better positioning in your squats.
Then:
10 Rounds of:
10 Meter Handstand walk/10s free standing handstand hold/10s support handstand hold/5 Hindu Push-ups
10 BW Squats
5 BW Jump SquatsThen:
50 Burpees for time
Notes: No rush today. Take a look at the squat clinic from Ido Portal. I don’t know if there is a coach out there that is putting out better stuff. Take a look at his Facebook page for some great information.
For the ten rounds I listed the skill from most difficult to least difficult. Pick whichever one you need to master. Don’t feel bad if you are on the low end, because you have company with me!
