WHITEBOARD – 20 April 2012

Workload:

2 Rounds of:
20 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (40/25lbs)
400m Run
20 Dumbbell Thrusters (40/25lbs)
400m Run

After completed perform the following with GREAT form and with relative ease:

3 Rounds of:
10 Inverted Rows
5 Chin-ups
15 Strict Dumbbell Curls

Notes: What’s up with the second half? A little pre-rehab work (trendy saying) or bodybuilding work can never hurt. Make sure the work is done well, and not close to failure at ALL. Rest as needed in between sets. First half should be done with a good amount of intensity while the second half should be done in a conversational pace.

Besides, who doesn’t want to be Arnold?

Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
