WHITEBOARD – 23 February 2011

Workload:

Work up to a 1 rep max Snatch

Then:

3 Rounds of max rep strict pull-ups (Rest 90s inbetween rounds)

Notes: Work up to a single in the snatch.  Remember, your max attempt in a power movement is not the heaviest weight you can do without acceptions, but it is the heaviest weight you can do with proper form and speed.  If the movement does not feel crisp, then back the weight down.

130# PR by 35# was able to bend the knees some and actually do snatches. Squats have been helping.

I did 12 bar muscle ups rather than pullups. Got 12 for 25 tries.

Guess it is what Zuck would look like if he was a Oly lifter… Also might be what he looks like when his IPO goes through and the first bell rings on opening day.

Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
