WHITEBOARD – 23 February 2011
Workload:
Work up to a 1 rep max Snatch
Then:
3 Rounds of max rep strict pull-ups (Rest 90s inbetween rounds)
Notes: Work up to a single in the snatch. Remember, your max attempt in a power movement is not the heaviest weight you can do without acceptions, but it is the heaviest weight you can do with proper form and speed. If the movement does not feel crisp, then back the weight down.
