*Rest 90s inbetween rounds. Deadlift weight should be 50% 1 rep max.

Notes: 1 round is a 300m row followed by 5 deadlifts, 5 pull-ups, 3 deadlifts, 3 pull-ups, 2 deadlifts, 2 pull-ups.  You do 3 rounds of that.

If the pull-ups are easy, load them.  Approximately what you can do with a 10 rep max with.
