WHITEBOARD – 6 December 2011

Workload:

One the minute for 10 minutes perform 1 Power Clean or Full Clean 

(*Start the weight at 80% your 1 rep max and build with each succesful lift.  Lower the weight after 3 failures). 

Then:

6 Rounds of:

5 Push Presses (60% max clean for the day)
150m Row
*Bar starts on the ground for Push Press

Notes: The clean can be a full or power clean.  Perform what you are comfortable with.  If you have poor mobility or positioning in your clean then try to work the power version or a light full version.

    Back Squat – 350lb
    Back Row – 250lb
    Pull-up – 45lb
