WHITEBOARD – 26 September 2011
Workload:
“Fran circa 15 year reunion”
15-12-9
Thrusters 135/95lb
Deadhang Pull-up
Notes: Have fun. And no, this is not a joke. Game plan and keep the mind clear during the workout. Be smart and lower the weight if you can not perform at least 3-5 consecutive thrusters at 135/95lbs.

This is really encouraging at the beginning of my raceweek.
BTW Dana….we don’t get the “Fran circa 15 year reunion” reference.
Fran, but a little heavier and uglier than you remember
Beyultraining.com
That is blatantly obvious now…
I have my 10 year coming up, I’ll see if that one holds water.
The consensus I heard from the guys was that we preferred the deadhangs more because it was easier on the lungs and hands.
The fat in the middle 15,12,9 thrusters was the ugliest part.

Looks like a 1:35 lead heading into day 2.
What about the 2:00 spread?
Can we expect similar brain teasers all week…and you crossed us up because you’re not old enough to experience a 15 year reunion for anything yet.
Doesn’t mean I can’t aim to be a bit uglier and heavier when my 15 year reunion comes up.
