WHITEBOARD – 15 August 2011

WORKLOAD:

On the minute for 15 minutes perform 1 Snatch 

*Start the weight at 75% 1 rep max and move up with each succesful lift.
**Record weight for each rep and any failures. If you fail 3 times in a row drop the weight for the following reps.
***If limited range of motion restricts you in the first position or the deep squat catch position perform hang, power, or hang power snatches.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform:

3 Rounds of:

2 Handstand Push-ups
10 Ring Dips
1 Rope Climb
10 Kipping Pull-ups

    Did hang snatches. Stopped at 135, 7 rounds in. Snatch felt fine, the bum ankle did not like it.
