NOTES: Make sure you give attention to the form on the Air squats. People have the tendency to short the squat at the top or bottom of the squat when not weighted. Breathing, breathing, and breathing is pretty important for the swim and row section. Try to relax the body and find a rhythm with your breathing. Erratic lunges = thoracic instability, increased anxiety, increased fatigue, and potential panic.
