Should we get all juiced up like Cushing prior to the wod?

I will work on some pullups today. The jump roping yesterday has me walking like charlie-freakin-chaplin. This jumping stuff ain’t gonna happen.

    5k run
4×25 abmat situps and air squats.

  6. LT's avatar LT says:

Paul…. Welcome to the club of people who refuse to take their balls and go home

  7. Freddy's avatar Freddy says:

    30 pullups (something I’m working on improving)…

    10, 6, 6, 6, 2.
