Workload:

Shoulder Mobility WOD

Then:

Rock N’ Roll Drill – Perform it with the PVC pipe & only work the snatch. Try to emphasize the retreating of the hips! Do 3 sets of 10 at the minimum.

Then:

On the minute, every minute, for 10 Minutes perform:

  • 2 Burpees
  • 5 Push-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings

Notes: Record the duration of work in each minute.  Try to drop right down to the 5 push-ups from your 2 burpees.  If you can not do the following set of work in under 35s, then drop the volume down to 1 Burpee, 3 push-ups, 10 swings for the workout.
