*All Movements done with a loaded sandbag (Goal is 1/2 your body weight)

5 Rounds of:
200 Meter Sandbag Carry
10 Sandbag Bear Hug Squats
5 Push Presses

Notes: The goal board has been cleaned off in the room. Please write your goals in the new space provided (2 goals allowed per individual, so write your main ones!).

Also, there are a couple of events listed on the whiteboard. Sign-up for the MudRunner, Team competition, or Paleo dinner.

    completed w/100# bag @ bw 201 without dropping bag. Last round was timed at 2:33, so figure about 12:30 to complete.

    got through 1 round + 200m before calling it quits. Lower back felt tighter w/ every step on the walks.
