Workload:
Snatch
- 1 Rep Max
- OR, if you are just learning check out the tutorials at California Strength & work form for 20 Minutes
- Or, if you have the movement relatively down but still have a snatch under 3/4 bodyweight perform 1 snatch every minute for 15 minutes – build the weight up as you hit clean reps and back down after 2 fails at the same weight.
Rest 5-10 Minutes then:
For Time:
- 2 Chin-ups (ALL DEADHANG)
- 30 Push-ups (All STRICT)
- 4 Chin-ups
- 25 Push-ups
- 6 Chin-ups
- 20 Push-ups
- 8 Chin-ups
- 15 Push-ups
- 10 Chin-ups
- 10 Push-ups
Notes: Don’t think the snatch can build some serious athleticism, take a look at how fast this super-heavy weight moves under the bar:
