9 Minute AMRAP:

  • 2 Handstand Presses
  • 4 Muscle-ups

Notes: If you need a sub for both the Handstand Press and the Muscle-up do the same workout but with (8 Strict Push-ups & 4 Pull-ups).

    255×1, missed, caught it then lost my balance, fell backwards, dumped the bar, knocked the clock off the wall, everyone had a good chuckle, then called it a day with a slight twist to the left knee

    WOD:

    I wasn’t counting the rounds. I was focusing on my shoulder and the lack of power. handstands werent there so was doing holds, then went to pushups. No muscle ups, again no power through shoulder. chest to bar pullups.

      Off schedule this week. 7 rounds with the 1.5pood KB.

      A side note that will make Dana say ‘I told you so’ – your legs give out fast when you do this workout after a 2.5 mile run
